Domestic Shipping Policy: Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 7-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be always without cost for you.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Refund Policy
We appreciate your business and we’re here to help!
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns costs by your side.
To start a return, you must contact us at info@nicetopet.com to begin our refund process.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Keep in mind that this policy only applies to products purchased directly through our website.
